This project holds a special place in my heart - it was the first professional project I worked on upon starting my design career at TGA Design. Parrot Jungle was originally opened in 1936 as a zoological park in South Miami highlighting birds, trees and flora. The attraction changed ownership and moved to Watson Island and opened in 2003 as Parrot Jungle Island. TGA was tasked to design wayfinding signage for the new location. The property has since been renamed Jungle Island.
Jungle Island not only has parrots but boast an eco-adventure with a great variety of exotic animals and fauna.
