Project: Madeira Condominiums on Marco Island, Florida
Scope: Interior, Exterior Signage & Wayfinding Design

Madeira is a luxury condominium complex located on Marco Island in Southwest Florida. The design is a tribute to the building's strong Spanish Mediterranean architecture. A beautiful textile pattern was used to accent the sign and to tie the concept together.
Multiple prototypes were done is a variety of materials. It was decided to cast the signs using polished Cast Stone/Dental Stone Type III mixed with natural inclusions. (ground Rojo Alicante, Jerusalem stone, Chicago brick and natural cement pigment).
