Palmetto Bay is a multi-tenant office complex located south of Miami, Florida. It was the site of Burger King's headquarters until Hurricane Andrew destroyed the facility in 1992.
The renovation was a massive undertaking to completely remodel the interior after Hurricane Andrew pushed the Atlantic Ocean up to the second level of the building. Fortunately, the majority of the exterior architecture was saved. Signage design was inspired from the strong palmetto leaf logo and the unique rectilinear buildings.
